 AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Competed in seven events for the Saints as a sophomore in 2021.
• Posted a 5K PR at the Suffolk University XC Invite on Sept. 3 with a time of 18:30.5, good for 52nd place.
• Posted an 8K PR at the Franklin Pierce Bruce Kirsh XC Cup on Oct. 2 with a time of 28:04.3, placing 24th in the event.
• Named to the All-Conference Second Team following a 12th place finish in the GNAC Championship with a time of 30:39.5 on Oct. 30.
• Posted four top-25 finishes for the Saints in seven events.
• Named the program's Unsung Hero by the coaching staff for the 2021 season.
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A FIRST YEAR...

• The 2020 fall season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the ECMXC team to not compete in any meets
• Named the Men's XC Team Most Valuable Performer (MVP) for his first year with the squad

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Attended and graduated from Marjory Stoneham Douglas HS in Parkland, Fla.
• Earned seven varsity letters for the Eagles with three in both cross country and track & field as one playing soccer
• Served as a team captain for both the XC and T&F squads
