AS A FIRST-YEAR...

• Recorded three top-five finishes at the GNAC Indoor Championships 7in the 800 meters (5th), 1 Mile (5th), and Distance Medley (2nd) 

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Earned a total of 10 varsity letters at Guilderland HS playing soccer (3), indoor track & field (4) and outdoor track & field (3)
• Served as a team captain for the Flying Dutchman soccer program as a senior while also being named the team's Co-MVP and earning Second-Team All-Conference for the SCA (Suburban Council Athletics)
• In track & field, was honored with the Coaches' Award for her outdoor senior campaign
• Member of the Guilderland chapter of the National Honors Society (NHS)
• Recipient of Spectrums Scholar Athlete of the Week Scholarship Award
• Recipient of the GHS 12 Seasons Award (played a sport all three seasons for all four years)
