AS A SENIOR...

Competed in eight meets for the Saints, three during the indoor season and five during the outdoor season.
Set an indoor PR in the 200 meters at the Joe Donahue Games.
Set outdoor PRs in the 200 meters, 100 meter hurdles, 400 meter hurdles, high jump, triple jump, and shotput.
Given the Coaches Appreciation Award following the 2021-22 indoor season.
Received the Senior Inspiration Award at the annual Senior Athletic Awards Banquet.
Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A JUNIOR...

The 2020-21 season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the EC T&F team to not compete in any meets
Recipient of the Track & Field Coaches' Appreciation Award
Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

AS A SOPHOMORE...

Won the 60m Hurdle event at the 2020 GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship to earn All-Conference honors and help the Saints capture the inaugural GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship
Named the program's Most Improved Performer for the 2019-20 Indoor Season
Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

Sterling was a four-year member on the Mountain Valley HS varsity track team and also earned four varsity letters playing soccer and three on the MVHS cheer team.
She was a three-time conference and state champion in the 100m hurdles.
Sterling broke the Mountain Valley conference record in the 100m hurdles her senior year and was named the Sun Journal Track Athlete of the Year.
