AS A SENIOR...

• Competed in 11 total events during the season, six in the outdoor season and five during the indoor year.
• In the indoor season, set PRs in the 500 Meters (1:10.97), 600 Meters (1:28.62), and Weight Throw (9.83m).
• In the outdoor season, set PRs in the 400 Meters (52.42), 800 Meters (2:06.69), 400 Meter Hurdles (1:06.97), and Hammer Throw (27.23m).
• Named Team MVP by the coaching staff following the 2021-22 indoor season. 
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A JUNIOR...

• The 2020-21 season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the EC T&F team to not compete in any meets
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Tabbed to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll during the reporting weeks of 1/13/20 and 2/3/20
• Honored as the Indoor Track & Field team's Co-Most Valuable Performer (MVP)
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Four-year member of the Chariho HS track & field team, running all four years with the indoor team and one season on the outdoor team.
• Also played baseball at CHS for four seasons.
• Graduated as the Chariho record-holder in the 4x200m relay event.
