AS A FIRST-YEAR...

• Competed in nine events for the Saints, five in the outdoor season and four during the indoor season.
• Set PRs indoors in the Shotput (8.53m) and Weight Throw (4.97m).
• Set PRs for the outdoor season in the Discus (28.49m) and Javelin (34.11m). 
• Received the Coaches Appreciation Award by the coaches following the 2022 outdoor season. 

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Three-sport athlete at Thayer Academy, earning four varsity letters on the Track & Field squad as well as one letter playing Soccer and Crew
• Served as a captain for the Tigers T&F squad
• Led the team to the 2019 New England Track & Field Co-Championship
