AS A JUNIOR...

• Competed in 11 total meets for the Saints, five during the indoor season and six during the outdoor season. 
• Set a new PR during the indoor season in the 1000 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet.
• Set PRs in the spring season in the 3000 meters, 5000 meters, and 10000 meters, during the spring.
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A SOPHOMORE...

• The 2020-21 season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the EC T&F team to not compete in any meets

AS A FIRST YEAR...

• Helped the Saints capture the inaugural GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Rowell was a three year member of the Trinity High School cross country, and four year member of the track team
• Led her team as captain senior year while receiving the Coach's Award for XC
• Won state championship for Trinity High School
• Served as the Secretary of Student Council and received the Scholar-Athlete Award
• High honors student at THS
