AS A JUNIOR...

• Competed in eight meets for the Saints, four in each of the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2021-22.
• Set an indoor PR in the 5000 meters at the GNAC Championship.
• Set outdoor PRs in the 1500 meters, 5000 meters, and 3000 meter steeplechase.
• Part of the first place relay team at the GNAC Outdoor Championship in the 4x800.
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A SOPHOMORE...

• The 2020-21 season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the EC T&F team to not compete in any meets
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

AS A FIRST YEAR...

• Won the Distance Medley relay event at the 2020 GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship to earn All-Conference honors and help the Saints capture the inaugural GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship
• Qualified for the New England Regionals in the 800m event

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Winship was a four year member of the MRHS cross country & outdoor track along with two years on the indoor team 
• Won the coaches' award and inspiration award senior year along with being named captain
• Also competed on the varsity swim and dive team for two years
