• Krzysztopik was a three-sport varsity athlete at Amity Regional HS (Woodbridge, Conn.), playing four years of soccer and outdoor track as well as two years of indoor track.
• She qualified for the CT state open meet in both the 300m hurdles and the 4x400m relay events in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
