AS A FIRST-YEAR...

• Competed in six events in the first season with the Saints XC program in 2021.
• Posted a 3K PR at the Suffolk University XC Invite on Sept. 3 with a time of 15:12.4, placing 70th in the event.
• Posted a 5K PR at the Franklin Pierce Kirsh XC Cup on Oct. 2 with a time of 23:57.3, finishing 46th in the event.
• Posted a 6K PR at the Bowdoin Invitational #1 on Sept. 25 with a time of 31:40.0, good for 39th place. 
• Voted Most Improved Athlete by the coaching staff in the 2021 season. 

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Three-sport varsity athlete at Braintree HS, earning a total of six varsity letters in Cross Country (2), Track & Field (3) and Volleyball (1)
• Served as a captain for the BHS cross country program
