Megan Costa joined the Saints staff in the Fall of 2021, returning to her alma mater to rejoin the Saints. Costa did her undergraduate work at Emmanuel College, graduating in 2019 with a BA in Sociology (Crime & Justice) with Minors in History and Peace Studies.Â
While coaching the Dance Team, the program made its first appearance at the UDA Nationals in Orlando, Florida. The program has also accumulated a few first place finishes in 2023, including the Endicott Fall Invitational and the New England Cheer and Dance competition.Â
Costa graduated from Emmanuel Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in the Field of Sociology and was a member of the Honors Program. She was also a part of the Phi Alpha Theta and Alpha Kappa Delta honors societies while also participating in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as a representative to the EC Dance Team.
While attending Emmanuel, Costa was a four-year member of the squad and then served as an Alumni Choreographer for the team from 2019-20. The Saints won several competitions during her tenure and were mainstays at the Basketball games throughout the year.Â
Prior to Emmanuel, Costa served as a team captain for the Somerset Berkley Regional HS Dance Team and also was a Dance Instructor for the Somerset Rec Department Dance & Theatre Program.
Costa currently works as a criminal researcher.
