Will Capalbo joined Trevor’s staff in Fall 2025 after spending two seasons as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Jacksonville University (ASUN Conference, NCAA Division I). Capalbo brings with him a wealth of knowledge on Lacrosse, stemming from his time at the D1 level.

During his time with the Dolphins, he managed all aspects of film operations, oversaw equipment operations, assisted with team travel logistics and facility management, and contributed to film and statistical breakdowns as well as opponent scouting reports.

A Fairfield CT native, Capalbo was a standout student-athlete at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, graduating in 2023 with a B.S. in Sport Management. A three-year starter and two-year captain for the Falcons, he helped lead the program to its best record in school history during the 2022–23 season. Academically, he was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team and NEILA All-Academic Team in both 2022 and 2023, and earned USILA Scholar All-American honors in 2023.

In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Capalbo has coached at the club level as Head Coach with 3d New England South and with Silverbacks Lacrosse Club, a nationally ranked program drawing players from across North America.

He earned his MBA with a specialization in Management from Jacksonville University in May 2025.
