AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Saw action in three games before the 2020 campaign was cut short due to the CoVID19 pandemic
• Made season-debut on February 29 vs. Wentworth Institute of Technology
• Registered one groundball in back-to-back games vs. William Peace (March 8) and Piedmont (March 11)
• Earned a spot on the GNAC Academic All-Conference squad

AS A FIRST YEAR...

• Appeared in 17 games and started in 14 contests for the Saints in his inaugural season
• Tierney collected 31 ground balls and caused 9 turnovers during the 2019 season
• Recorded a season-best six groundballs against Regis College on March 26 in a 18-6 victory for the Saints

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Tierney was a four-year varsity player on the lacrosse team at South Portland High School
• Was a starter for three seasons and earned Second Team All-Conference honors as a senior.
• Selected to the Maine Senior All-Star team in 2018.
• Also earned three varsity letters at SPHS playing soccer and two playing ice hockey.
