• Led Emmanuel in blocks and was ranked 13th in the GNAC with a total of 57, including 320 solo and 37 assisted blocks

• Was named the GNAC Rookie of the Week twice during the season on consecutive weeks (February 11th and February 18th)
• Voted GNAC 3rd Team All-Conference
• Helped lead the team to a second place finish in the conference and an appearance in the GNAC Finals.

BEFORE EMMANUEL

• Hess was a four-year starter on the boys varsity volleyball team at Santa Monica High School
• Named Ocean League Most Valuable Player following senior season
• Captured the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) championship in 2012.
