AS A SOPHOMORE

• Continued as one of the Saints leaders on the hill in 2014, posting five wins on the mound to go along with a 2.85 ERA
• Kiers hurled 81 innings, allowing just 33 earned runs while striking out 28
• The righty tossed four complete games including two complete-game shutouts in a 2-0 victory over Cazenovia on March 12 and a 5-0 win over Framingham State on April 1
• Named the GNAC Pitched of the Week for the week of 3/10/14 … Tabbed to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A FRESHMAN

• Kiers made an immediate impact on the Saints' program during her rookie season
• Saw apperances in 23 games with 19 starts in the circle for EC
• Threw 15 complete games and recorded seven wins
• Notched a team-best 3.55 ERA over her 122.1 innings pitched
• Struck out 76 batters, averaging 4.35 strikeouts per contest
• At the plate, Kiers tallied seven hits and drove in four runs
• Stole two bases
• Will return to the line-up as one of the Saints' starting pitchers again as a sophomore.

BEFORE EMMANUEL

• Kiers was a two-sport athlete at West Warwick High School (West Warwick, R.I.)
• Played three years of varsity volleyball and four years of varsity softball
• Named a Division II North Honorable Mention for softball as a sophomore
• Voted 1st Team Coaches All-State
• Selected 2nd Team Providence Journal All-State for softball and 1st Team Division II Central Softball All-Star as a senior.
