Biography

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT... 

  • Served as a team captain for the second straight campaign
  • Closed career with GNAC Second Team All-Conference accolades
  • Became the 10th player in program history to join the 100 point club, reaching the feat in the regular-season finale vs. Norwich on April 21
  • Recorded at least one point in every game during her final season including seven consecutive multi-point games to close her career
  • Ended the slate with 22 points on 13 goals and nine assists to rank tied for ninth in the GNAC in assists, 15th in points and tied for 19th in goals

AS A SENIOR... 

  • Served as a team captain for the 2020 campaign
  • On February 29, played and started in Emmanuel's 17-9 victory over Wentworth before the 2020 season was cancelled due to the CoVID19 pandemic
  • Collected two groundballs and caused one turnover in the win over WIT
  • Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference and GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team

AS A JUNIOR...

  • Played in every game of her junior year season, recording at least one point in eleven of the 16 contests
  • Recorded a season-high five points against Bay Path on 3/19, with two goals and three assists. Also registered two goals in a GNAC contest against USJ on 3/30.
  • Awarded the GNAC All-Sportmanship team award for the 2019 season and named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference team

AS A SOPHOMORE...

  • Played in and started all 14 games for the Saints, leading the team in total points with 40.
  • Enjoyed a breakout campaign, scoring 24 goals and 16 assists to rank 12th in the GNAC in assists and tied for 20th in points.
  • Registered at least one point in 13 of 14 contests including a season-high seven point outing in a 13-2 victory over University of Saint Joseph (CT) on March 31 with three goals and four assists.
  • Recorded multi-goal outings in eight games on the year including a season-best four goals against UMass Dartmouth on April 21.
  • Named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Sportsmanship Team and Academic All-Conference Team.
  • Earned the 2018 EC Women's Lacrosse Coach's Appreciation Award.

AS A FIRST YEAR...

  • Hutchings appeared in all 16 games earning seven starts for the Saints in her rookie campaign.
  • Made her collegiate debut on March 1, in a contest against Umass-Dartmouth in which she won two draw controls and recorded a shot on goal.
  • On April 1, the attack scored her first collegiate goal in a GNAC victory over Alberus Magnus.
  • Hutchings tallied a career high five points on two goals and three assists in a win against conference rival Rivier University.
  • The attack recorded at least one point in eight competitions and recorded multi-point games in four competitions for the Blue and Gold.
  • On the year, Hutchings tallied 18 points on 10 goals and eight assists while shooting an outstanding 89.5 percent of her shots on goal.
  • The rookie picked up 13 ground balls, won 12 draw controls and caused 10 turnovers.
