Biography

AS A SENIOR...

  • Played in and started 17 games for the Saints during the 2022 campaign.
  • Ended the season with a career-high 29 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers.
  • Scooped a career-high eight ground balls on April 30, 2022, coming in the Saints 11-7 win in the GNAC Quarterfinals at Norwich.
  • Caused a career-high four turnovers on March 15, 2022, vs. Simmons.
  • Voted to the All-Conference Sportsmanship Team following the 2022 campaign.
  • Received the Coaches Appreciation Award from the staff following the 2022 season.
  • Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A JUNIOR... 

  • Served as a tri-captain during the 2021 campaign
  • Played in and started all nine contests in the Saints defensive unit that led the GNAC with a 7.44 opponent's goals against average
  • Collected 12 groundballs and caused nine turnovers on the season
  • The Saints posted a 5-0 record during the regular-season in matches that Hunter recorded at least one groundball
  • Added one draw control, coming in the Saints 14-6 win over Simmons on April 17
  • Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference squad for the second straight season

AS A SOPHOMORE... 

  • Made season-debut on February 29 in Emmanuel's 17-9 victory over Wentworth before the 2020 season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic
  • Collected a team-high four groundballs while causing two turnovers in the win over WIT
  • Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

AS A FIRST YEAR...

  • Played and started in all 16 contests for the Saints during the 2019 season
  • Recorded her only point of the year on March 18th against Bay Path, scoring a goal for EC
  • Collected 28 ground balls and caused 18 turnovers during her inaugural campaign

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

  • Hunter was a three year player on the South Windsor girls lacrosse team, starting her junior and senior campaigns
  • Earned All-CCC Academic Team honors twice during her high school career
  • Named a team captain in 2018
  • Also played three years of varsity field hockey at SWHS
