• The 2020 fall season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the USMWS team to not compete in any games

• Ortiz was a two-sport athlete at South Portland HS, earning four letters playing Soccer and Tennis 
• Earned SMAA Honorable mention as a senior when serving as a team captain for the Red Riots
• Led the team in scoring and was chosen as the team's Offensive MVP while also receiving the Captain's Award
