AS A SOPHOMORE … Callahan played in 31 of 32 matches, notching 106 sets on the year as a defensive specialist .. Ranked third on the team with 260 digs as well as third in service aces with 34 … Also added nine kills and five assists to her totals … Posted 10+ digs in 11 matches including a season-high of 21 against Plattsburgh State on Sept. 1.
AS A FRESHMAN ... Callahan saw action in all 37 of Emmanuel's matches during her rookie season ... played in 120 sets as a defensive specialist for the Saints ... recorded 284 digs, averaging 2.37 digs per set ... received 314 serves ... helped lead the Saints to a 21-16 overall record, a trip to the GNAC Semifinals and an appearance in the ECAC Tournament.
BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Callahan was a two-year starter and four-year player on the Medway High School (Medway, Mass.) varsity volleyball team ... Named the squad's Defensive Player of the Year in both 2010 and 2011 ... Recognized by the Tri Valley League as an All-Conference player ...
