NEWTON, Mass. – Sophomore Kaitlyn Atkinson (Brookline, N.H.) hit .692 to lead the Emmanuel Women's Volleyball Team to a 3-0 (25-20, 25-17, 25-14) sweep of Lasell College on Saturday afternoon.  With the win, the Saints extend their win streak to six matches and improve to 18-9 on the season and 6-0 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play.  The loss dropped the host Lasers to 4-24 on the season and 1-5 in the league. 

Atkinson smashed down nine kills in 13 swings with zero errors and a solo block to lead the way for the Saints.  Sophomore Cassie Chruscielski (Duluth, Minn.) added seven kills, five aces and five digs, while junior Brittany Tutalo (Johnston, RI.) put down six kills and served off three aces to go along with her two blocks.  Senio captain Cara Callahan (Medway, Mass.) notched a game-high seven digs in the win.
