Gianni Ridolfi recording the first hole-in-one in program history and of his career on the 150-yard, par-3, 2nd hole.
The Saints were led by senior
Ian Reynolds who shot a 9-over-par, 81, good for fifth place. Sophomore
Ryan Brunet was two shots behind, shooting an 83, putting him in a tie for sixth. First-year
Andrew Lavoie and Ridolfi were the final two counting scores, shooting 86 and 89, respectively.
Norwich won the team competition, shooting 324 to defeat New England College by three shots. Cadets captain
Cooper Bertrand took home medalist honors after his round of 4-over, 76, gave him the two-shot win.
The GNAC Championship will take place Monday, Oct. 14, and Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Concord Country Club in Concord, N.H., as New England College hosts the 2024 edition of the Championship.
