Delaney Brown Caps Career With USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Honorable Mention Nomination

SPARKS, Md. – Class of 2025 women's lacrosse defender Delaney Brown wrapped up her Saints career with a nomination to the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Honorable Mention Team, as announced last month by the organization.

Adding yet another recognition to her resume, Brown finished this season with 57 ground balls and 48 caused turnovers. Brown led the Saints in caused turnovers in each of her four seasons at Emmanuel, eventually finishing her career with a program record 171.

An all-time defensive player for Emmanuel women's lacrosse, Brown ends her career as one of the conference's best defenders in history. Brown is a three-time Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) First Team selection, a one-time GNAC Second Team selection, and was named the GNAC Defensive Player of the Year as a first-year and a junior.

The Agawam, Mass. native capped off her career with her first Conference Championship Title victory, helping the Saints to a 15-12 win over Johnson & Wales, as the Saints qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2014.
