BOSTON - Emmanuel indoor track and field continued their season on Sunday afternoon, making the short trip to the TRACK at New Balance to compete in the Suffolk University Indoor Ice Breaker.

The top finishes of the day came from the women's 400-meter dash with sophomores Olivia Costa and Sofia Rowen earning third and fourth place, respectively. Costa finished the race in a time of 1:03.94, while Rowen came in with a time of 1:04.34.

Senior Emily Greene scored a ninth place finish in the high jump, clearing the bar at 1.60 meters. Fellow senior Sydney Gonzalez came in 11th place in the 1000 meters with a time of 3:18.10

On the men's side, first-year Sharif Robinson Jr. placed sixth in the long jump with a distance of 6.34 meters. Sophomore Nathan Morgan was two spots behind, finishing in eighth place in the event with his distance of 6.20 meters. Robinson added a 10th place finish in the triple jump after his distance of 12.13 meters.

The Saints continue their indoor season on Saturday, Jan. 24 at the Wesleyan Indoor Invite.
